1 strawberry tea bag
Small stick out of a willow tree or wand
Sea salt
2 pink candles
Mirror Pink drawstring bag
Quartz crystal
Copper penny
Bowl made of crystal or china
1 teaspoon dried jasmine
1 teaspoon orris-root powder
1 teaspoon strawberry leaves
1 teaspoon yarrow
10 drops (at least) of apple-blossom oil or peach
10 drops (at least) of strawberry oil
Casting Directions for ‘To Ease a Broken Heart’
Before you begin charge the components. On a Friday morning or evening (the day sacred to the Goddess Venus) take a bath in sea salt in the light of a pink candle. As you dry off and dress, sip on on the tea that is strawberry. Use a dab of oil as perfume or cologne. Apply makeup or groom yourself to look your best.
Cast a circle with the willow wand around a -table on. Light the pink candle that is next. Mix all oils and herbs in the bowl. Look at yourself in the mirror while you stir and say:
Oh, Great Mother Earth, Nurture and protect me. Let me use the strengths I know I have.
Look in the mirror after you have finished mixing the ingredients and state:
Mother of all things is mine, Help me today to be the person I can be and allow me to overcome my difficulty.
Put half of the mixture in the bag and add the cent and crystal. Carry the bag with you till you feel you no -longer want it. Leave the other half of the potion in a room where you will smell the odor – in the bowl. If you so wish, repeat this ritual every Friday.
