Casting Instructions for ‘Safeguard an Item’
Wait till night of full moon or week of full moon (check lunar charts, closer to full moon, the more powerful.) Find a safe place to light a fire ground, must be outdoors. On ground, draw basic pentacle with five-point star, points touching ring.
At every point on star place candle- DO NOT light candles yet. Place talisman in centre of pentagon upside down. Take tissue paper and twist up into long strips, place strips from inner edge of each candle and have them point towards the talisman. Place enough tissue paper which hints of tissue paper touch talisman and candle at either end.
Place mirror on ground just beneath split in star at bottom. In addition to mirror place goblet and fill to close brim with water. Light candles, not tissue paper. Focus mind on talisman, will magyk to enter talisman.
Dribble a little wax from every candle upon the talisman- This can be scraped off afterwards however charm is more powerful if kept on. The strongest protection happens when whole talisman is dowsed in wax, you must never, however move the talisman at this time.
Pour 2 drops of incense upon each candle (Be careful not to put flames out though, it need only touch the wax, not the flame. Now light tissue paper out of candle-touching finish, let it burn to talisman (if talisman is made of fire, it is sometimes necessary to place wax on end of paper, do so just after step 11, dribble wax on paper with corresponding candle.)
Lift talisman up over head towards sky and whisper up to talisman: Hi spiritus, quaeso, Et custodierit me, Vi aeterna gentis Nunc anima mea magia ligare. After this place talisman down in water, then lift goblet up and drink water.Lift talisman out of goblet and put both items back into their prospective places. Finally, take an athame and draw 1 drop of blood from hands. Slam hand down upon talisman (currently face up.)
After this casting, we recommend you meditate, enormous power has been used. Calm your soul down; you’ve just connected it to this talisman for an ultimate defense.
