You might want to execute a power summoning spell. It takes plenty of energy.
Picture yourself and this individual somewhere. It can be anywhere, although it works better if you pick a place that has some relativity to this person.
Think about what you are currently wearing. What do you look like? How long is your hair, which side of your face are your bangs on(if you have any), what color shirt, what is the design, etc.. Think about what they are wearing, what they look like.
Consider about what you want to tell this individual, deliberately, as you figure out the details. Try to keep your mind clear as it can help you to remember as much of this fantasy as you can after you wake up.
As soon as you’ve figured ou this all, store the details.
Fall into a meditative state. Clear your mind of all things except forming a connection between you. Envision a route from your own body and feel it linking the both of you. Allow it to connect your energy, your thoughts, your spirits. Bring both of your spirits together. Imagine them getting one. Feel the two of you thinking together as one being, feeling together, breathing.
Now bring the facts back, guide your souls each to the place. Just let yourself fall asleep, imagining that your mind is fading out of your body and to the body you have created in your imagination. Don’t fight with the sleep. Let it come.
You may not recall the dream for the first few tries once you awaken. It took me at least a dozen tries at this spell until I was able to begin remembering the dreams. It may help to keep a dream journal.
This spell is very complicated due to all the details which might not work the first few times, and will need to be remembered. It will be even tougher as bringing your spirits together is imperative to the excecution of the spell, in case you’ve got no relation to the person you’re trying to visit.
If the dreamwalking part doesn’t work for you, it can also work to strengthen your realtionship with this person(whatever it might be) because you have to really connect yourself to them, openly and freely. It may provide you a better understanding of or a situation they are in, or just in general a relationship that was weak before you did the spell can be formed by it.
