Casting Directions for ‘Divorce/Break up’
Take out the two of the other persons, your significator and cups. If you’re in a same-sex relationship and the 2 of cups features a male and a female, its okay, just decide which of you has more feminine and masculine traits to choose where to set the significators. If the significators face away from one another, it helps.
First place the two cups on your altar. Remember some great memories together and imagine the two of you as friends, working together to split property or decide on custody of children if those are concerns. If not, simply imagine parting on good terms.
Then put your significator on to the side, whichever you chose on. Imagine a life that is happy living without the person. Then set down their significator on the opposite side and imagine them living a joyful life. If you would like them to move or file for divorce, imagine them doing that and being happy, knowing its the ideal thing to do. When youre ready, move the significators away from each other a little bit. Say every end is a new beginning, now its time for us to part. Or create your own chant if you want.
Every night for one week, move the cards further apart, imaging them moving out, moving or submitting documents and repeating the chant. On the seventh night, the cards must be on opposite sides of the room, apartment, home, as far away as you feel is safe. Leave them there until its finished and youre satisfied that they wont bother you anymore. Then clear the cards well and put them back in the deck.
