Dream pillows have been around for centuries.
Casting Directions for ‘Enchanted Dream Pillow’
They are filled with herbs and scents that permit the user to sleep peacefully.
I am a very lucid dreamer and get most of my wisdom and insight during dream time.
I have friends who complain that they can never remember their dreams, and have asked me on many occasion if there’s anything I can recommend. With this need in mind,
I have come up with a twist on the fantasy pillow. Why not include magical herbs, stones,
Or oils to impact the dream state? Heres what Ive come up with.
Constructing the pillow:
Be sure that the herbs you use have a strong odor. Try to include no more than two herbs inside a pillow.
You will need 1 yard of fabric that is natural which has a weave. This will create 4 to 6 cushions,
Depending upon the size (if you dont use them all yourself, they make great gifts).
Cut the fabric. Take two pieces of the fabric, and sew them together on three sides.
Turn the fabric inside out so the stitching that is loose is on the interior.
Materials in the rocks or herbs through the open side and put them in.
The pillow will be placed within your regular pillowcase when you sleep.
