A hot and steamy bath to wash off your negativity.
Casting Directions for ‘Cleansing Bath’
Heat the water to be as hot as you can stand it. When the bottom was completely covered with water, add you basil, thyme, garlic powder and epsom salts. Stir around a few times and allow the armoas take your sense of smell over. Insert your essential oil(s) if you choose and then sprinkle the grinded dandelion root right in the middle of the tub.
Once you go into the tub, close your eyes and sink into it, ensuring your entire head remains above water. Breathe deeply, and concentrate on the aromas around you. Be conscious of your own spirtual energy inside of you and feel with every breath it wake up more. Concentrate on your toes, feel the enegy flowing there and move your body, becoming conscious and alive everywhere. By this stage you should be working up a sweat on your face. Visualize that perspiration as the negativity leaving your body in a natural process. Continue to breathe deeply, focusing particularly on the exhale as you should be visualizing the negativity leaving your body and your world through not just your sweat glands, but also your breath.
You are free to do this as long as youd like, however the longer you manage to lay there in this frame of mind, as it’s fairly relaxing and at times trance inducing (if you have the right herbs). But before you leave the bath tub, say to yourself in your inner voice The water has swept all my negativity away.
