This is a perfect thing to say to yourself to heal a damaged area of skin that you would like to heal. It works, as I made this up myself and I have attempted it.
Casting Instructions for ‘Healing Skin’
This doesn’t take much. It’s more of a psychological thing, to put it. Do not get discouraged if it does not work IMMEDIATELY, it will take a little bit of time (a day or so, minimal). This can be done any time and from anyone. No tools but your mind are necessary.
Go to a place that gives you access to a mirror. Look at yourself in the glass. Focus on the place where you want your skin. Take in two or three deep breaths (just to clear your mind), and focus on the place as you say gently (or in your head, that works, too):
“Repair this place in my skin, make it whole and perfect again.”
The first time, state this five to ten times. Each time you say it, visualize the place getting and healing how you want it. Imagine how happy you’ll be when you get. Remember to keep on taking in deep breaths. If you end up getting a little dizzy, that is okay, just stop for a moment and refocus. This does not have to be done. Spend at least three to five minutes a day doing this as many times as it takes until you reach what you want. You should be thrilled with the results!
(you could also say this to yourself before you fall asleep at night and as soon as you awake in the morning)
